  - If after a second attempt you are still unsuccessful, triple check this article again, to confirm your .csv file is in the correct format.
- **What is the contact limit for a group?**
  - If you are creating the group for the first time, it is a limit of 2,000 contacts at at time.
    - *Note: Accuracy is the most important part of any .CSV upload, as it has already been reference three times, here it is an additional time. Reference the article "Preparing a .CSV file of Contacts to be uploaded into Kenect" and MAKE SURE that your file is completely accurate. Triple check the file, have one or two other staff members proof it. When you upload it will impact any previously uploaded clients in Kenect if their data corresponds to the data inside of the file you are uploading. Be ACCURATE.*
- **What if my list is bigger then 2,000?**
  - If your list is bigger then 2,000, simply break up your list into multiple files in bunches of 2,000 or less. This will allow you to upload the contacts into the group by individual file.
