# **Edit Scheduled Message on Desktop Version**

1. Click on Settings in the bottom-left corner, then select 'Scheduled Messages.'

2. From the Scheduled Messages screen, find and select the message you need to edit. Click the 'Edit' button located in the top-right corner.

3. The editable fields will activate once you click 'Edit.'. Make any necessary changes to the message, then click 'Schedule' when you're done.

  - You will find a record of the message located in the Scheduled Messages tab found under settings. You can also simply navigate to the record of the contact and look under their message history to confirm receipt of the message.

  - You can include links, attachments, videos, and images. The only currently standard feature that cannot be scheduled is a payment request link.
- **Is it normal for a scheduled message to deliver about 10 minutes after the designated time?**
  - Yes, there is a built-in delay of up to 10 minutes for a scheduled message to deliver to the recipient's phone.
