In this article, you'll learn how to locate, and edit, your messaging templates. Message Templates consist of Quick Reply and Review Request templates. As processes and information about your business change, it's important to ensure your message templates are current. 

> ℹ️ *Note: Editing Message Templates can only be done on the desktop version of Kenect.*

## **Step-by-Step**

1. Go to Settings, from the pop-up select ‘Message Templates.’
    
2. Select the template you’re wanting to edit.
