You want to text? How about text, but faster? That’s where Quick Replies come in. This is how you use created message templates that can then be quickly pulled up, instead of typing out the same text 20 times.

## **Desktop**

**Step-by-Step**

1. In your Inbox, select the conversation you need. All conversations are listed on the left side of your screen. You can also find conversations by clicking the blue "+" or by searching the contact name in the search bar.

> ℹ️ *Note: All eligible conversations will be displayed in your inbox. User permissions will determine which conversations you can and cannot see. If you have questions, please refer to your Kenect Admin.*

2. Click the lightning bolt icon to access your Quick Reply messages.
    
3. A list of quick replies will appear. Select the quick reply that is applicable to the conversation.
    
4. The quick reply text will appear in the text box. You can make any adjustment(s) to the message before sending.
    
5. Click the blue “Send” button when you are ready to send the message.
    

##  **Mobile**

> ℹ️ *Note: You can download the Kenect app on iOS and Google Play Store**

1. Select the blue "+" icon in the bottom left corner of your conversation.
    
2. Select 'Quick Reply' from the menu options.
    
3. Select your desired Quick Reply.
    
4. Your Quick Reply template will populate in the conversation. You can make any adjustment(s) to the message before sending. Once you are ready, tap the “arrow” icon to send your message.

- **How do I create additional Quick Reply templates?**
  - On the desktop version of Kenect, access your settings menu and then "Message Templates" to create a custom template. Here is an article to help assist you on creating them: (How to Create a Message Template)
- **Am I able to create templates that are only visible to my Kenect user instance?**
  - No, once you create a template, it will be accessible to all Kenect users within your business location.
