During the onboarding phase, Kenect sends new users an email similar to the one in the following image.

> ℹ️ **NOTE:** The login credentials provided in the email expire after 60 minutes. If this time lapses, click the reset password link also available in the email.

Copy and paste the username into your text editor and then click **Get Started** to initiate the process to set up your password and log in to Kenect.

> ℹ️ **NOTE:** You must log into Kenect in order to access Service AI.
