## Conversations Menu Summary

The **Conversations** menu provides a clear view of every interaction between team members, customers, and even AI. Customer information is populated with the historical repair orders for easy access.

This menu appears in Service AI with three distinct sections.

**Message List (Left):** This section displays a chronological display of all sent and received messages in a conversation. 

> ℹ️ **NOTE:** Fields above and below the Message List offer additional search capabilities through keywords or phone numbers.

**Composition Interface (Center):** The section where users type and send new SMS messages. If the conversation is better suited for a different subject matter expert, select the Transfer To field at the top of the Composition Interface. **Customer Information (Right):** Contact and customer details (including history) for each repair order listed at the top of the pane. Come to the conversation already armed with
