The Purpose of this article is to outline the setup and functions of the DMS: Serti Information as it relates to a Kenect integration partner.

 

#### **How It Works?**

After Configuration of your DMS is complete, (*Please see '**[DealerVault Set Up](https://heliumup.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Integratio/pages/44728945)**') *you are now able to have your DMS Serti Information Configured with Kenect. ********Note: Client CAN ONLY be setup if the vendor has a contract with them. In order to establish a contract with Serti, vendors can contact them directly via email at: ******[sdsadmin@serti.com](mailto:sdsadmin@serti.com)***

 

#### **Fees**

From DealerVault: "Serti requires that end vendor must establish a business relationship directly with them in order to receive their data. They currently charge a $265.00 annual fee for *each feed* which will be billed to the vendor."

#### **Contact Sync**

With Serti Information, after set up, a list is automatically sent to DealerVault each night that is digested by their system and imported into Kenect. This contact data is based off the SL, and SV file types imported.

 

#### **Automated Messages**

After your file is imported into Kenect, within Kenect itself you can configure 'automated messages' to send out for two types of 'event' a Sales specific event, and a Service specific event. These automated messages can be either:

-Just a message (Include specific information in the text communication)

-A review request (The information sent includes a link for the customer to leave an online review)
