#### **Contacts Sync**

Sync your contacts from BlackPurl to Kenect

For this integration, contact synchronization is every ten minutes.

 

#### **Lead Push from Kenect into BlackPurl**

- Contact is created in Kenect
- Name, Mobile Number and Messages sync into BlackPurl
- New Contact is created in BlackPurl

#### **Text From Within BlackPurl**

Within BlackPurl you have the ability to send text messages See Images Below:

# **Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)**

- **Can you send images through BlackPurl texting?**
  - Currently this is not an active ability within BlackPurl, but could become available in the future!
- Do we do a historical sync for Blackpurl?
  - No. We only sync contacts from the time of connection. So, once a contact is created or updated on Blackpurl's end, we will see that contact synced to Kenect within 10 minutes.
