### Contact Sync

Daily contact sync based on Event CSV files uploaded to friendemic FTP server.

### Event Sync

Sales and Service events synced daily from CSV files uploaded to friendemic FTP

#### Frequency

Files are uploaded to friendemic FTP server at 11:30 MTN.

Files are retrieved at 13:00MTN and syncing happens at 14:00MTN on a daily basis

 

## **Note

At the moment, this integration only supports dealers from Rumble on., due to differences in csv files names and column names.  
It could be extended by either supporting additional field mappings, or making other sources match the Rumble on column names.
