Contacts are sent from ZiiDMS to Kenect, hourly


#### **Texting Automation**

When the following events take place within ZiiDMS, Kenect can be configured to send out a text or review request type message:

- Closed sale event
- Completed work order event
- Completed all work orders event
- Received special part order event
- Received all special part orders event
- Special order part picked up event
- Special order all parts picked up event
