### Contact/Lead Lookup

Initial sync with Lizzy will have to be manual, and the sync pulls the contacts from the last 6 months. Customer will export Lizzy contacts and any new contact will sync after the first manual upload we do. Contacts can be found under “Sales Department” at the top of Lizzy, and the sidebar under “Locate Contact”:

After the initial contact sync, it happens every hour.
