4. Copy the API Credentials (`API Key`, `API Secret`, and `Location ID`) and store them in a safe space.
  - These details are needed for integration setup, and can be helpful for troubleshooting issues with your integration.
  - Once you click out of this box, the `API Secret Key` and `Location Id`** will not show**. To gather these details, you’ll need to reset the API Key by selecting the **Reset Key **button.

### Configuring a Zap

In the Zapier integration, we can find the Kenect App that will offer three **Actions** to be performed from Zapier to Kenect and one **Trigger** to be activated when a lead comes in at Kenect.

If you decide to use the Kenect App as a trigger, today we offer only one event to trigger: **the Lead Pushing event.**

If you decide to use the Kenect App as an action, we're offering three **actions:**

1. Send text message
2. Send review requests
3. Push a lead

# **FAQS (Frequently Asked Questions)**

- **The user is not available to connect the integration. He's getting this error:**

![image-20240508-143719.png](media://e52f1d48-fc94-411e-88c1-5dd7f3d353d5)

- They need to go to the integration page and save the set up.

- **How does Zapier receive lead data from Kenect?**
  - The Kenect system pushes any new 'lead' data into Zapier. This includes both leads sent over from the text us button as well as leads sent directly to the text enabled number. Updates made to contacts in Kenect do not push a new data sync.
