# **FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)**

- **Why doesn’t Kenect trigger automated messages for the event: COMPLETED_WORK_ORDER_EVENT?**
  - First, verify that it is correctly configured on the integrations page
  - Second, verify that events of this type have a CASH_OUT_DATE.  For the COMPLETED_WORK_ORDER_EVENT, Kenect only schedules messages for this one when we receive records with the CASH_OUT_DATE event type from Motility
- **Why is Kenect not pushing the lead to motility?**
  - When a lead comes to Kenect, what Kenect does is create a contact in Motility. For this to happen, on the integrations page the field: Contact Sync Setting, must have the value: Two-way contact sync.
- **If I close out a Closed Sale event on a different day then the current day will the event fire inside of Kenect?**
  - The main thing to note with these events, is that Kenect will watch for event data from the previous 48 hours from today. Anything prior to that will not fire within Kenect. So, if changes are made within 48 hours prior to the current day. Not after the current day.
