The purpose of this article is to outline the integration features of ‘Priority One’. This integration differs from others as it is not a feature flag that is enabled, as much as specific links that are created and edited within the given Kenect clients message templates. (Similar to Satisfyd)

## **Step-By-Step Setup Instructions**

The templates for your Kenect account will be received Directly from Priority One:

1. Send an email to Nicole at [narmstrong@p1fs.com](mailto:narmstrong@p1fs.com) or Jen at [jsheets@p1fs.com](mailto:jsheets@p1fs.com). requesting that the client be set up on the integration
  1. The email should look like the following: Subject line: “Priority One Integration setup for xyz”
    1. “*Hello! I am working with xyz dealership, their main point of contact is xyz. Can you please set up their message templates and respond back to this email with those? Thank you!”*
2. They will then provide you with the specific templates to be put into your Kenect account.
3. These links will then be copied into how ever many templates the client needs (*This could be anything from just department. Ex: Sales. To many departments. Ex: Sales, Service, Rental, Parts)*
4. The main items normally changed within the links themselves are location specific for each link.

#### **Templates for Customer Account**

There are four different templates:

- Finance: Credit application
  - *[Dealership Name] partners with Priority One Financial Services to connect you with the financing you need. Click to begin your credit application today. It takes less than 5 minutes! [link]*
- Finance: Ask a financing question
  - *[Dealership Name] partners with Priority One Financial Services to connect you with the financing you need. Click to discuss your financing questions with an expert today. [link]*
- Finance: Insurance Quote
  - *[Dealership Name] partners with Veritas Insurance, a specialized insurance agency designed for marine customers. Click to learn about insurance options and receive a no-obligation quote. It takes less than 5 minutes! [link]*
- Finance: Collateral Protections
  - *[Dealership Name] partners with Priority One Financial Services to connect you with additional options for your boat. Click to learn how you can secure coverage for some of the most costly repairs. It takes less than 5 minutes! [link]*

#### **Future**

This integration may have updates in the future, as of now, the set up is very simple.
