### Contact Sync

Contact sync with Lawcus will be one way from Lawcus to Kenect, and will sync hourly:

### Matter Syncing

After the contact has synced with Kenect, the case tied to that contact can be linked:

### Lead Push

Leads that come through the Kenect widget on the website, or directly text in(must have a first and last name saved on the lead in Kenect to sync) will create a new lead in Lawcus:

### Conversation Posting

Synced contacts with conversation history will post on the contact and matter in the “Interactions” section:
