### **Contacts Sync**

Contacts from RIMSS will sync hourly into Kenect. (Sync at the hour)

- Contact must have valid first, last name.
- Contact must have

> ℹ️ **Note: **We sync contacts from RIMSS if they are newly added, or when information is updated.

### **Lead Push from Kenect into RIMSS**

Contacts are pushed from KENECT Text Widget to RIMSS

They go in as contacts assigned to the "Kenect" customer. From there, the user can assign them to the correct customer

### **Post Conversations into RIMSS**

Text messages sent from KENECT will post into the RIMSS customer record as a clickable link

### **Texting Automation Based on Event Status**

Automatically send texts to customers based on the following Event Status:

- Invoice
- Final Rental Invoice
- Service Invoice
- Final Back Ordered Part Received
- Whole Good Invoice

> ℹ️ **NOTE: **All event status options are provided by RIMSS. If any issues are experienced with event triggers, contact RIMSS for support for that specific trigger.
