### **Contact Sync**

Contact sync with EverLogic will be one way from EverLogic to Kenect, and will sync hourly:

### **Lead Push**

Leads are pushed from Kenect to EverLogic in near real time.

Once the lead is in everlogic, the user must "process" it so that it is then synchronized as a contact to Kenect  
Sales Operations->Connect Now in EverLogic.

### **Automated Messages**

One trigger off “Deal Sold”. This can be triggered manually by the end user in EverLogic, or done automatically if they customer utilizes deal status, and the deal status gets changed to “Sale Delivered”:

### **Send Texts from EverLogic Customer Record**

EverLogic users can send a text from the customer record. Texts sent from EverLogic will post to Kenect in real-time:

### **Conversation Posting**

Conversation history from Kenect syncs to EverLogic in near real-time, and text messages sent from EverLogic appear in Kenect in near real-time as well:
