Sync your contacts from CasePacer to KENECT (nightly)

**Specialized “Triggered Text Events”** 

Deposition Current Day Reminders, Deposition Previous Day Reminders, Customer Birthday Event, and Litigation Phase changes are the 4 types of specialized triggered events

**Full Conversation Posting to the Client Matter** Post full text messaging conversations from Kenect to CasePacer in (real-time) 

May assign all future and past conversations for a specific client to the matter of your choice 

Once assignment is made, all future conversations for that specific client will post to the matter automatically within CasePacer 

Accessible within CasePacer inside of Messages, Matters, and Contacts with a time & date stamp for each message
