### **Contact Sync**

- Sync your contacts from SnapRetail to Kenect (hourly)
- Mobile Phone field must be filled out in SnapRetail

### **List Sync**

- Create a new Group from SnapRetail lists
- Sync takes place in real time
- Send Broadcast Messages from Groups of SnapRetail Contacts
- Groups automatically sync with existing SnapRetail List twice per day (12am & 12pm)
- Can be updated any time to reflect changes in the SnapRetail List
