## **Contact Sync**

​Sync your contacts from HubSpot to Kenect hourly (Every hour at the top of the hour). We pull for mobile number first, and ‘phone number’. 

## **Lead Push from Kenect into HubSpot**

New leads are pushed from first time inbound messages (No first and last name) and Kenect Text Widget (First, Last Name included) to HubSpot (near real-time)​​

HubSpot list can be created to quickly reference leads received from Kenect.

## **Conversation Posting**

Texts sent from Kenect post into the HubSpot contact record. Message history is found as individual “Notes”

## **List Sync**

Create groups in Kenect based on Existing HubSpot Lists

- Create a new Group from HubSpot lists
- Sync takes place in real time
- Send Broadcast Messages from Groups of HubSpot Contacts
- Groups automatically sync with existing HubSpot Lists twice per day (5:00 AM & 5:00 PM MST)
- Can be updated any time to reflect changes in the HubSpot Lists

**Create a New Group in Kenect**

**If There Is An Enabled Integration, you will be able to choose an existing HubSpot list.**

**Group can be synced with Kenect to pull most recent version of existing HubSpot list.**

### Creating Hubspot List to Quickly See Kenect Leads

The customer will create a “List” under the Contacts section to easily access all leads received from Kenect:

Adding a filter under “Contact Attributes” and find the field “Original source drill-down 2”:

And add the ID for Kenect (689256) in the field to “equal to any of”:

The filter will then be added, and they will see the completed list of all contacts with Kenect as the lead source:

The list can then be saved and quickly accessed from the Contacts tab.

# **Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)**

- **Why did a new Kenect lead not create a contact in HubSpot?**
  - Verify that ‘Disable Lead Push’ is unchecked:
      
  - If a contact with the same phone number as the new lead already exists the lead will not push into HubSpot.
- **Is there a size limit to a group list synced from HubSpot into Kenect?**
  - Yes, Groups imported into Kenect are capped at 2000 total. Kenect will not sync a group larger than that size.
