### Full Conversation and Attachment Sync

- All customer conversations including attachments are sent to your NetDocuments Cabinet Nightly
- Conversations show in NetDocuments as PDF Transcripts
- Existing PDFs are updated, so you won’t have duplicate conversation histories
- Choose whatever cabinet you would like for the conversations to live in
- Conversations can be found by searching name or phone number
- MUST have an existing integration with a Kenect Partner to use the NetDocuments Integration

# **FAQs**

- **Where can you find the ‘Destination Folder’ number for NetDocuments set up?**
  - The customer will need to create either a new folder in netdocuments or select an existing folder, once selected under folder drop-down select ‘All information’
      
  - Once clicked a new tab opens with all folder information, at the bottom of the folder you can see the ‘destination folder’ ID you need.
