## Contact Sync:

Contacts from the integrated system will automatically be pushing into Kenect at a regular interval. This will include the name, phone number, and an integration ID.

## Lead Push:

Leads are defined as any new customer that comes in through the web widget or when a customer texts into the hosted number for the first time and has a first and last name added. Outbound first-time texts from Kenect do not count as leads. The Lead Push will send those Leads into the integrated system at a regular interval.

## Conversation Posting:

Text communication that happens in Kenect is sent to the integrated software at a regular interval, usually to the customer or opportunity record. This will either be a link to Kenect to view the full conversation, or a full transcript of the conversation in the integrated software.

## Matter Syncing:

For legal integrations, there is typically the ability to assign a conversation with a client in Kenect to a particular Matter or Case that exists inside the integrated software. This allows the conversation history to be visible not only in a client record but also a Matter or Case.

##

## Native Texting:

Built in texting means that the customer can text out of their integrated software without needing to open Kenect in a new window. This is typically very basic and allows for texts and sometimes images to be sent. This does not provide the full functionality of Kenect.

## Automated Texting:

Automated Texting is when text messages can be configured to send out based on specific events from inside the integrated software. An example would be when a “sale date” is added to a deal in an auto integration, a text message will automatically be sent out to the contact associated with that deal. These automated texts can be stacked, so a customer could set up a journey of several texts to go out along the lifecycle of a deal. These messages are always configured in Kenect Settings.

## Payments Integration:

A Payments Integration is when an integrated software can send invoice information to Kenect, which will then automatically send out to the customer in the form of a payment request. Customers will either be using CardConnect, 360 Payments, or LawPay to broker these transactions.

## List Sync:

A List Sync is when Kenect will automatically pull in existing lists or reports from the integrated software into Kenect Groups. These groups can then be used for Broadcast Messaging or one-to-one messaging.

## Run Time:

The frequency that a data push is sent over from the partner API.
