BBL offers **two main products**, *Everywhere Bridal* and *Profit System*. **ProfitSystem** is BBL’s original software and is a Windows Server-based product that can be installed on the customer’s own on-premise server or on a hosted server that BBL manages for them. **Everywhere Bridal** is BBL’s newer cloud-based SaaS product. A large majority of BBL’s existing customers are using Profit Systems, and newer customers typically sign up for Everywhere Bridal.

### **Contact Sync**

ProfitSystem will send new and updated prospects and customers to Kenect, every 30 seconds. The sync will use the Primary phone number. When a new customer is set up, it will send 100 contacts every 30 seconds until it is caught up.

### **Lead Push**

Kenect leads will be pulled into ProfitSystem, and the inbound message will show up in the “Interests/History/To-Dos” tab.

### **Message Posting**

Conversation history from Kenect syncs to ProfitSystem in near real-time, and text messages sent from ProfitSystem appear in Kenect in real-time as well. The conversation will show up under the customer or prospect record on the Interests/History/To-Dos tab.

### **Send Texts from ProfitSystem**

ProfitSystem users can send texts to customers and prospects through Kenect from within the Profit System application. Texts sent from ProfitSystem will post to Kenect in real-time. ProfitSystem offers basic non-Kenect texting functionality to all of their customers, but when they enable the integration, all the existing in app texting functionality switches to use Kenect.

### **Automated Messages**

When appointments are confirmed in ProfitSystem, it will trigger the automated messages that are configured in Kenect.
